Yes. Porcelain is dense and copes well with pressure washing, though we work carefully around copings, pool edges and covers. Lichen spots and algae come off, and an optional biocide helps keep them from coming back quickly.
Usually. Brown tannin marks from needles and leaves tend to lift with a thorough wash, particularly on porcelain and concrete. On porous stone, deep stains may lighten considerably rather than vanish entirely after one visit.

It is, provided the pressure is moderate. Sandstone is softer than porcelain or granite, so a reduced setting and a rotary head prevent etching. Following up with biocide is the best way to deal with black spot lichen.
